Pioneering chiropractic wellness in Lake Nona
Dr. Frank Berzanskis Sr. opened Lake Nona's first chiropractic office in 2008, when Narcoossee Road was still a single lane. He graduated from Life Chiropractic College (now Life University) in 1984 and spent 21 years in practice in Atlantic County, New Jersey, before bringing his practice to Florida. The office now serves thousands of patients each year. He is a ScoliCare certified provider. He lives in Lake Nona with his wife, Eileen, and is the father of three sons, including Dr. Frank Berzanskis Jr.

Trauma, scoliosis and postural rehabilitation
Dr. Frank Berzanskis Jr. is a trauma-qualified chiropractic physician specializing in the evaluation and triage of trauma-related injuries, non-surgical scoliosis care and postural rehabilitation. He received his trauma qualification through the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Biomedical Sciences and Medicine and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018. He is a ScoliCare provider trained in the ScoliBrace and ScoliBalance systems. A former Division I collegiate golfer, he has worked with professional athletes including PGA Tour and NFL players.

Dr. Adriana Diaz believes meaningful care begins with listening, creating a warm space where patients feel understood. Originally from Puerto Rico, she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2026 and cares for patients in English and Spanish. She is certified in the Activator Technique, a gentle, instrument-assisted method, and has a clinical interest in scoliosis. She emphasizes prevention and education, guided by the Principle of Time: there is no process that does not require time. Outside the office she enjoys reading, workouts and the ocean.
